I would recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see several great sights in Rome in a unique way with a very knowledgeable guide. Gianmarco was super friendly and truly a wealth of knowledge about Roman history. His English was wonderful and he was so welcoming. We booked this for the first night of our family vacation, and it was a terrific way to get an overview of some of the city's sights without having to do a lot of walking, since my parents are senior citizens. Nando is very vintage and very charming.

It was an absolute pleasure meeting Gianmarco and hearing about the sites we visited during our tour -- you can really tell he's passionate about archaeology and providing a unique experience, with stories and facts very much off-the-beaten path. We had a really gorgeous afternoon, learned so much (but in a relaxed way), and shared an aperitivo together with Nando of course! I can't recommend this experience enough! Definitely a highlight of our trip.

Where do I begin! This is one of the best tours we have ever been on. Selene was a magical host! It was my mum's 60th birthday and, as a surprise, they arranged a little cake and candle for her, which was so kind and made her day! We got taken to some unbelievable locations, had some amazing food and drinks, learnt lots of interesting facts and had so much fun. By the end of the trip we felt like we were friends with Selene. Nando is so cool and you feel like a celebrity driving around the city with people pointing at the van because it's so unique. I would absolutely 10000% recommend booking this experience for a truly magical time in Rome.

Loved our experience with Gianmarco and Nando. He really knows his history and genuinely loves what he does, and it's always inspiring to meet someone so passionate. I would highly recommend this experience over more traditional tours. If I had to warn anyone, I'd say this isn't the right choice if your goal is simply to rush from monument to monument taking photos. There are plenty of opportunities for pictures, and Gianmarco is always happy to help, but this experience is designed to help you understand and appreciate Rome. If you love art, history, archaeology and culture, this experience is absolutely for you.
